Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Your business name, phone number, address, and trade/category — either from public business directories or provided directly by you.
• Your email address, used to send you your preview link and, after purchase, to let you sign into your dashboard.
• Payment details are collected and processed entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

• To build and send you a personalized preview of a website for your business.
• To process payment if you choose to purchase.
• To let you sign in and manage your site's content afterward (via Google sign-in, or a one-time secure link we send you).

Third parties

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Google — optional sign-in method for your dashboard.
• Adsterra — ad network behind the single ad unit on our own marketing pages (see Cookies and advertising). It receives no business, contact or order details from us.

We don't sell your data to anyone.

Cookies and advertising

We use a session cookie to keep you signed into your dashboard. We don't use analytics or tracking cookies.

Advertising (Adsterra). Our own marketing pages (the Site Upgrader homepage and the Instant Upgrade page) show one ad unit, an Adsterra "Social Bar", served by Adsterra, a third-party ad network. It never appears on preview sites, on customers' live websites, or in the dashboard, and it is not loaded on your first visit from a given browser; to keep that first visit ad-free, your browser's local storage holds a marker that you have visited before. Adsterra states that its script may place a cookie in your browser and that it processes pseudonymous information tied to browsing events: a pseudonymous user id, your device or browser user agent, timestamps, ad impressions and ad clicks. Adsterra states that it does not collect or store personally identifiable information such as your name, email address or billing details. See Adsterra's privacy policy and cookies policy. Blocking or clearing cookies in your browser removes the Adsterra cookie.

Data retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, respond to your inquiries, and meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete it or render it anonymous.

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of California.
